Public conversations, testimonies on racism tomorrow

GRAND JUNCTION, CO – The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Grand Valley (UUCGV) will be hosting an event tomorrow evening at 7:00 pm titled, “Hearing the Hearts of Our Brothers and Sisters of Color.” The program, which will be held in the parking lot of their church at 536 Ouray Avenue, will feature testimonies and stories from people of color about their personal experiences of racism. The public is welcome and are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.

The program is supported in part by Black Citizens and Friends and Two
Rivers Mosque, and is being organized by the Universal Peace Federation and
Women’s Federation for World Peace of Grand Junction.
